BIOGRAPHY

Kapenova Madina, Master of Business Administration. In 2008, she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Geology and Exploration of mineral deposits and in 2010 from Karaganda Economic University with a degree in Law.

She started her career in 2008 in the Interregional Department of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Tsentrkaznedra", in the Department for the study of the state of the mineral resource base of the region. To date, she has 15 years of experience in the field of subsoil use.

From 2013 to 2020, she worked in the Department of Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she worked her way up from chief specialist to head of the Department for granting subsoil use rights.

From 2020 to 2022, she worked as the head of the Department for work with government agencies/geologist at Geo Contract LLP. During the period of work, 5 contracts and 50 licenses for subsurface use for exploration and extraction of solid minerals were successfully issued.

Participated in the practical implementation of the Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use, in terms of granting the right of subsoil use.
