Aurora Minerals Group LLP jointly with its subsidiaries: NovaDrilling LLP and geophysical company Aurora AG Limited carries out the complex of geological exploration works in North Kazakhstan region.
Over 80 km of 3D ground geophysical survey was completed utilizing Canadian technology DIAS32 DCIP on four areas with total area of 8 sq. km.
Currently, 11 exploratory wells with an average depth of 250 meters in the volume of 3000 meters were drilled by drilling rig Atlas Copco Boyles C6. At present, the average productivity of core drilling is 1200 meters per month.
The well logging using Vulcan V3 well logging station with conduction of complex of surveys such as directional survey, resistivity logging, induced potential logging and gamma-logging was fulfilled on drilled wells.
The full re-cultivation of the drilling sites was done after completion of drilling.
1722 core samples were collected.
At present the exploration works are continuing.
