Due to the unfavourable epidemiological situation and declaration of a state of emergency in the country, a set of preventive measures was developed in the Aurora group of companies to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection among the employees.
From March 17, 2020, the Aurora group of companies decided to shift to remote work from home for the maximum possible number of employees of the companies’ divisions and the central office, while at the same time maintaining regular work processes. All communications, meetings and discussions are carried out via telephone calls and video conferences using online platforms.
In order to prevent risks to the life and health of employees, additional safety measures for the prevention of coronavirus are being implemented:
- -the process was started to provide all employees with the necessary antiseptics and tools for temperature measurement, disinfection, and personal protection;
- -an enhanced disinfection mode has been introduced in all common areas, including regular airing and wet cleaning of surfaces;
- -up-to-date information about preventive measures against coronavirus infection and the current situation in the country is communicated to all employees on the daily basis.
In such difficult situation in the country, the Aurora group of companies is aware of the social responsibility to its employees, takes care of them and provides maximum support. Some of the employees were sent on paid leave. Only those employees remain at work places, without which uninterrupted work is impossible. At the same time, all necessary measures are taken to ensure maximum protection of all employees who remain at their workplaces. Regular monitoring of the employees’ health is being carried out daily in order to ensure the fastest and most effective response to the virus.
