Aurora AG Limited announces the successful completion of airborne geophysical survey in East Kazakhstan.
Large-scale, advanced airborne geophysical survey was successfully completed in East Kazakhstan region as a part of the Kazzinc Exploration Department program. Airborne geophysical survey was carried out using the advanced SkyTEM 312HP (High Power) electromagnetic helicopter system with the depth of investigation of up to 700 meters.
About 8,000 linear kilometers of survey were successfully covered in the conditions of the difficult mountainous terrain and climatic conditions of the Rudnyi Altai. Flights were performed at altitudes up to 2500 meters above sea level. The work was carried out in accordance with the international aviation safety standard BARS (Basic Aviation Risk Standard).
